C18. 2 storeys, 2 windows. Red tile roof. Red brickwork in Monk bond, cam-
bered ground-floor openings. Casements; the upper windows have transoms at
eaves level to produce a half-dormer effect, at the rear a single diminutive
gabled dormer with cill at eaves level. Plain boarded door in solid frame.
Massive chimney attached to north end.
