Stuccoed ground floor. 4 storeys and basement. 1 window (but 2
bays) and 2 window return to Maple Street. Arched doorway with
pilaster-jambs, cornice-head, fanlight and panelled door.
Gauged brick flat arches to recessed 4-pane sashes. Parapet.
INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached
cast-iron railings with spearhead finials, to areas.
