2 houses. Late C17-early C18. Limestone rubble with gritstone
dressings; Welsh slate and stone slate roofs.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 3-window range. The Nook (on left):
boarded door with glazed panels beneath gritstone lintel;
double-chamfered mullioned window to each floor on left;
rectangular leaded lights.
Rose Cottage is similar but opposite handed; brick end stack
on right. Further bay angled forward on right and under lower
roof has doorway beneath double-chamfered single-light window.
