Caretaker's house. Late C19. Probably by Wilson & Masters for
the Ecclesfield School Board. Coursed squared stone with
ashlar dressings and slate roofs, with large coped rear wall
stack. L-plan. 2 storeys; 2 window range. Windows are mainly
plain sashes. Front has 2 windows and below, single window and
door. Rear wing has single window above and double sash below,
with stone mullion. INTERIOR not inspected.
An ancillary building to Hillsborough Nursery, First and
Middle Schools (qv).
