Early C19. 2 storeys, attic and basement. Ashlar stone with wide flat eaves
on cut brackets, Mansard slate roof. 4 bay road front facing Vernon Road, with
outer ground floor windows in surround of architrave frieze and cornice. Originally
4 dormers, the right hand pair altered to one large window. 3 bay North front,
with 4 panel central door, 2 light fanlight in Greek Doric porch. C19 extension
set back on South front, now called Park Dene, recessed sashes and panelled door.
Probablyy built at the same time as the Crescent was developed.
