National school, now house. c1828, altered c1975. Stucco with
limestone dressings and slate roof. T-shaped plan with central
axial hall. Picturesque Tudor Gothic style.
Single storey; 3-window range. Coped end and projecting
central gables with moulded kneelers; left-hand
segmental-arched doorway with label mould and ridge door. To
the right a 2-light Tudor-arched window with label mould, and
similar 3-light window to the right-hand section; central
gable has a small niche containing a figure, over a tall
3-light, 2-centre-arched window with hood mould and
intersecting tracery; on side returns are 2-centre arched
niches with hood and head stops; 2 inserted late C20 gabled
dormers. INTERIOR altered.
