House, now shop. Early/mid C19, altered late C19. Limestone ashlar, brick gable stacks and slate roof. Single-depth plan. Parapeted front with a plain band, central round-arched doorway with C20 door and plate-glass fanlight, segmental-arched right-hand carriage entrance with double doors, and a left-hand late C19 shop front with large 3/3-pane sash. 8/8-pane first-floor sashes. INTERIOR not inspected.
