TL 90 SE TILLINGHAM ST. LAWRENCE ROAD

House. Early C17 with C19 rear extensions. Timber framed and weatherboarded.
Red plain tiled roof. Attached diagonal shaft red brick chimney stack. 2
storeys. 2 window range of small paned vertically sliding sashes, pentice
boards over to ground floor. Central C20 half glazed door. Painted brick rear
extension. 2 bays and chimney bay. Interior features include chamfered
bridging joists, jowled storey posts. Back to back inglenook fireplace with
stop chamfered mantel bean over to one roan, the other angled with chamfered
brick jambs and Tudor arch, 2 smaller but similar brick fireplaces to first
floor. RCHM 3.
