House, now flats. Early C20, Queen Anne style. Red brick and plain tiled roof.
Two storeys and attic on plinth with projecting wings to left and right with rusti-
cated brick quoins. Moulded eaves cornice to hipped roof with 4 large stacks at left
and right, and 5 flat roofed dormers. Regular fenestration of 9 glazing bar sashes
on first floor, tripartite at centre, all segmentally headed with key stones. Eight
glazing bar sashes on ground floor, with central panelled door with rectangular
fanlight and large shell hood on enriched brackets. Rear elevation with 2 single
storey bay windows. The house could be by either Sir Reginald Blomfield or Paul
Phipps.
