Milestone. Probably early C19. Square section stone post, roughtly-rounded
at the top and painted white. A repaired metal plate with a segmental arched
head is fixed to the front and reads LONDON 28 TUNBRIDGE 2.

One of a set of 3 surviving milestones on the London Road in Hildenborough
parish.
