C18. South elevation mid C19. South elevation is of grey brick headers with
red brick dressings and 1st floor stringcourse, and with rubbed brick voussoirs.
North elevation red brick with grey headers. East elevation beach flint with
red brick dressings. West elevation rendered. Pitched tile roof, with 2 hipped
extensions to north. East chimney red brick. West chimney rendered.
2 storeys. Red brick modillion eaves cornice. South elevation double-fronted
with 2 windows on ground floor, and 3 on 1st floor, all double-hung sashes with
glazing bars. 1 door masked by modern porch. North elevation has 2 double-hung
sash windows with glazing bars, 1 casement with glazing bars, and 1 planked door
with glazed panels inserted; all other openings modern.
