Pair of cottages. 1903-4. Designed by Parker and Unwin. Coursed rubble with ashlar
dressings. Plain tile roofs with 2 gable and a single ridge ashlar stacks. 2 storey
4 bay garden front with a pair of 3 light flush mullion windows in the centre, flanked
by 2 storey 5 light canted ashlar bay windows with flush mullions and transoms. Above
in the centre a pair of flush ashlar cross mullion windows. The interiors retain
many of their original fittings including doors, inglenook fireplace on the ground
floor and copper hooded fireplaces above.
