House. Probably C17/C18. Regular coursed ironstone rubble. Thatched roof. Three brick stacks to ridge and ends. Three-unit plan. Single storey plus attic.

Three-window range. C20 doors and windows throughout. Door to left has original lintel. Two C20 windows to right. Three two-light casements to attic. No.18 (attached to right of Holly Tree Cottage): Regular coursed ironstone rubble, thatched roof, brick stack to right. C20 door to left has continuous lintel with C20 window to right. C20 window to attic.
