C17. Two bay central chimney lobby entrance house with back kitchen wing. L-shaped. Two storeys timber-framed, refaced with red brick on the ground floor
and tile hung above. Tiled roof. Three casement windows facing south. Two
sashes with glazing bars facing west. Gabled weather porch to west. Large
ingle nook hearth to back kitchen. (See Joan Harding "Four Centuries of
Charlwood Houses" p 56).
