Late C18. Red brick. Nodular flint on north side. Pitched slate roof. Rendered
chimney.
3 storeys and basement with area. Brick modillion eaves cornice. 2 double-hung
sash windows with glazing bars on 1st and 2nd floors, 1 on ground floor, and 1
casement with glazing bars in basement. 6-panelled door (top 4 panels fielded)
and semi-circular fanlight in panelled reveals. Doorway framed by plain pilasters
supporting fluted frieze and pediment. Iron railings with fleur-de-lys finials
around basement.

Nos 36 to 64 (even) and Nos 70 to 74 (even) form a group with Nos 83, 85 and
91 to 101 (odd).
