House. 2 builds. C17, extended C18 and C19. Datestone W/WE/1709. L-plan. Regular
coursed ironstone rubble. Front elevation to road: Left part: Thatched roof, 2
brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. Single storey plus attic, 3-window range. Central
gabled bay has C20 two-light stone mullioned window with hood mould and label
stop. Two 3-light stone mullioned windows to either side have renewed stonework,
hood moulds and label stops. 3 tall 2-light stone mullioned attic dormers have
hood moulds and label stops. Renewed stonework. Wall heightened. Right part:
Dated 1709, low pitched Welsh slate roof, brick stack to right end, single unit,
2 storeys, single window range. Single tall 4-light stone mullioned windows with
hood moulds and label stops to both ground floor and first floor. Rear: C19 and
C20 extensions to left. C20 entrance porch. Right part has renewed stonework to
2- and 4-light stone mullions. Two C20 2-light roof dormers have wood lintels.
Interior not inspected.
