Cottage. C17 with C20 alterations. Timber box frame, brick
infill, rendered at rear. Old pantiles on front roof slope, new
pantiles at rear with two C20 dormers. Single ridge stack.
Single storey and attic, 2 structural bays. Exposed frame to front
with C20 glazed porch, C20 window to left. Internally, exposed
framing: bridging beam and stop chamfered joists, tie beams in
attic.
