Farmhouse now house. Probably C17 or earlier, remodelled C19. Regular coursed
ironstone rubble. Welsh slate roof. 3 rendered stacks to ends and ridge. T-plan.
2 storeys. Rear elevation: Hipped slate C19/C20 bay window to left partially
obsures wide wooden lintel. Sash window to right has wooden lintel. To right a
2-storey gabled staircase projection. Dairy extension between staircase and
gabled bay to right. 2 sash windows to first floor with wooden lintels. Small
rectangular window to staircase projection. Front elevation: 2 storeys plus
attic. Central 6-panelled door has doorway with pilasters to sides and moulded
hood. 2 sets of sash windows to sides. 5-window range to first floor and attic.
All windows sashes mostly C19/C20, Interior: Brick arched cellar. Wide plank
floors to attic. Attic portion of staircase retains wooden spiral stair.
