Before 1840. Known to be by Nathaniel Briant as part of a family speculation.
Altered. 2 storeys and basement. Stucco, ground floor channelled. Band over
ground floor. 3 windows on 1st floor, 2 on ground floor, glazing bar sashes.
Central pedimented doorcase with modern applied pilasters (originally a window).
Steps to door. Garage doors inserted to left hand basement. Hipped slate
roof with flat eaves.
