House. C18. Ironstone ashlar; C20 tile roof; 2 brick stacks to ridge and left; stone stack to right. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys plus attic; 3-window range. 6-panelled door to left has moulded wooden frame and wooden lintel. Shell canopy porch. 3 wood mullioned and transomed windows to ground floor. First floor has 3 wood mullioned and transomed windows with stop chamfered wooden lintels. The window to right has lead cames, crown glass and a wrought iron casement fastener. 2 gabled roof dormers. Moulded stone kneelers and stone copings. Interior not inspected.
