Mid-C19 model farm group of farmbuildings arranged around three sides of a courtyard. Coursed limestone rubble with red brick dressings to openings in courtyard elevations. Slate roof with crested ridge tiles. Stone gable coping with moulded kneelers and finials. East elevation has two projecting gables each with a blind lancet wincow with drip moulding and decorated stops.
