At rear of No 144. Circa 1820. Red brick; 2 storeys; 3 sash windows with flat
brick arches; sill band; stone parapet with raised centre panel inscribed "Nuthurst
School"; plain stone doorcase with pediment.

Nos 122 to 126 (even), Nos 130 to 144 (even), Nuthurst School, Nos 146
and 148 and Churche's Mansion form a group.
