Outbuildings, formerly Workshops of the Peak Forest Tramway,built 1796
by Benjamin Outram. Gritstone,with rock faced gritstone dressings,
and slate roofs. L-plan. Single storey. Rock faced gritstone quoins
and coped gables. North and east fronts have central tram doors within
segment headed rock faced gritstone surrounds, flanked by single glazing
bar windows in similar surrounds. The north gable wall has a single
tram door and a single window, the east gable wall has 2 similar windows,
one now blocked.
