Farmhouse, predominantly C17, though core is earlier, some later alteration, Coursed and squared lias and Ham stone
ashlar, double-Roman tiled roof to coped verges, one with a ball finial, the other with a base for a ball finial, 2
ashlar ridge stacks and a brick stack, Through-passage plan, Two storeys, 3:3 bays, 3-light casements of several
periods to first floor, ground floor with 2 and 4-light moulded stone-mullioned windows, stopped labels, some iron
casements and leading to lights, window to extreme right with transom. Door opening between the bay sets in a moulded
surround with 4-centred arch head, gabled lias porch with Ham stone dressings, tile roof, coped verge, onion finial,
outer door opening with slightly cambered lintel. Interior with moulded framed ceiling. (VAG Report, unpublished SRO,
