GV II

Small house. Circa early C18 with small C19 addition and C20 extension. Plastered
and whitewashed rubble walls. Gable-ended asbestos slate roof. Rendered stone
rubble stack at left gable-end and projecting semi-circular plastered stone stack at
right gable-end.
Plan: small 2-room plan with lean-to against left-hand end and small C20 rear
addition.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2-window front with one to the ground floor.
C20 2-light small-pane casements on the 1st floor and C19 single light small-pane
casement below to right. C20 plank door with glazed panel towards left-hand end and
plank door at front of lean-to.
Interior: inaccessible at time of survey.
