Circa 1840. 3 storeys. Bath stone. Strings at 1st and 2nd floor levels.
Cornice projecting on widely spaced cut stone brackets. Slate roof. 4 windows,
no glazing bars, in stone architrave surrounds with keystones to upper floors.
On ground floor - shop front of 2 windows and glazed central door with 8-panel
rectangular fanlight. Passage entry right hand framed with painted stone
Doric and entablature, dentilled cornice. Link value in group.

Nos 21 to 24 (consec) and The Black Swan Hotel form a group.
