House. C18, possibly with earlier core, and with C19 fenestration. Red
and grey brick to left end, plum-red and yellow-red brick to right of
door, and brick in a mixed bond to right of straight joint. Rear wall to
left knapped flint on a stone base, with red brick dressings and eaves
band. Plain tile roof. Single storey, on flint and stone plinth.
Gabled roof. Projecting brick gable-end stack to left. Projecting rear
stack towards centre, with chequered galleted red brick and knapped
flint stack, and red and grey brick flue in English bond. Slender brick
stack in front slope of roof to right. Irregular fenestration of 3
tripartite sashes with segmental heads, one each side of door and one
to right of straight-joint. Half-glazed door behind open timber-framed
porch with gabled plain-tile roof and finial, to left of centre. Boarded
rear door with segmental head, towards left end. Similar door in lean-to
to left side of rear stack. Red brick rear lean-to with slate roof to
right of stack. Interior not inspected.
