Semi detached house. Earlier C19. Ham stone ashlar; Welsh slate roof between stepped coped gables; yellow brick chimney
stacks. Two storeys, 2 bays. Chamfer-mullioned windows in chamfered recesses without labels, of 3 lights with
rectangular-leaded panes and iron-framed opening lights; to left of bay 1 a boarded door in plain opening under flat
stone hood on wrot-iron brackets. Interior not seen. To north-east corner a length of wing wall with flat coping and
cambered-arched gateway: about 2 metres east of house are plain railings with toprail, no spikes, set on 500 mm high
stone wall, with C20 gate opposite door, adding to the setting of this house, which is opposite the west end of Church
of St. Catherine (qv).FC
