The back part of No 78 is now a separate house:- Mermaid Rose Cottage,
Mermaid Passage qv. Early C19 facade to an older house. 2 storeys. 2
windows on upper floor, 3 windows on tile ground floor. Fainted brick with
parapet. The building has a curved end with a central doorway which faces
the Mint.

Nos 67 to 70 (consec), Nos 72 to 80 (consec) and Bank Chambers form a group.
