Small farmhouse. c.1709. Dressed stone with gabled and catslide
pantile roofs with stone slate verge. 2 coped gables with
kneelers. Single central ridge stack. 2 storeys, 2 bays. L-
plan. Windows are Yorkshire sashes with segmental heads. North
east front has 2 windows on each floor. Rear has, in return
angle to right, C20 timber porch with door and 2 casements. To
south east, a casement. North west gable has, to left, door and
to right, setback rear outshut with 2 casements.
