Barn. Late C18 with three bays added c1800. English garden wall
bond brick plinth to timber-framing with weatherboard cladding,
corrugated asbestos roof with half hips. Two pairs of opposing
planked doors to both sides, lean-to cartshed with single Roman
tiled roof attached to north west side. Interior has original
four-bay barn at south-west end with collar and tie beam roof
trusses with vertical struts, straight bracing from main posts to
tie-beams, two tiers of butt purlins with straight windbracing.
Three added bays to north east end have collar and tie-beam trusses
with raking struts from tie-beam to principals and straight bracing
from main posts to tie-beams.
