Detached house with later shops. Early C19. Stucco with quoins at angles. Felted mansard roof with dormers. 4 storeys and attics. 5 windows and single window return to Whitefriars Street. Ground floor with projecting C20 shopfronts. Architraved sashes with bracketed sills, those on 1st floor with console bracketed cornices. Parapet with shallow pediment above central window. Return similar but ground floor partly recessed with Doric engaged columns flanking a C20 shopfront. Interior altered with later C19 stair having square plan newels with ball finials and turned balusters to 1st and 2nd floors and early C19 stair with column newels and turned balusters to 3rd and attic floors.
