House, late C17 or early C18. Coursed rubble with Collyweston stone slate roof, coped
gables and brick end stacks. Two storeys and attic. Ground floor has late C19 shop
comprising 2 windows flanking central recessed door. Flush panelled door with
rectangular fanlight to right. First floor has 2 tripartite sash windows. One hipped
2-light casement dormer with glazing bars. Included for group value.
