Farmhouse. C17, some C19 alterations. Random rubble, triple-Roman tile roof in 3 distinct sections, 2 rubble and 2
brick stacks, coped verges. Formerly a cross-passage plan house. One storey and attic; 2 windows to ground floor, to
left a C19 2-light casement with horizontal glazing bars, to right a renewed 3-light ovolo-aoulded aullioned window.
to left of frontage a half- glazed lean-to, triple Roman tile roof, C20 half glazed door. A further rubble lean-to
obscures the right of the frontage, triple Roman tile roof, 3 C20 skylights, further C20 window to ground floor. Gabled
dormer with a C19 casement to right of roof. Door opening virtually central, 6-panelled door. Interior with some C17
features; moulded cross-beam ceiling to right ground floor rood; this room with an inglenook fireplace, broad moulded
wooden bressumer, chamfered dressed stone jambs; some C17 roof timbers. House presently being divided into 2 units;
left half to continue being known as Pool Bridge Farmhouse, right half to be known as West Wing.
