Baptist chapel. Dated on an incised stone plaque:- "Crickham Baptist Chapel, 1841". Roughcast, hipped slate roof,
gabled to attached schoolroom. Chapel rectangular on plan, schoolroom, at right angles to right return. Frontage of
chapel with a semi-circular head door opening, paired plank doors stone "portico" with a hipped slate roof, moulded
cornice, on 2:Tuscan columns. Each return of 2 bays, semi-circular head windows with glazing bars. schoolroom of 2 bays,
12-pane sash windows, flush mounted. Galleried interior, C19 pews and pulpit. Section of railings extending from right
return of schoolroom along right side of chapel forming a boundary with the grave-yard.
