WORLINGWORTH
Monks Barn approx 100m south-west of Worlingworth Hall

Barn, part now a dwelling. C16. Timber frame mainly weatherboarded and with rendered end
gables. Pantile roof. 5 bays. Various C20 doors and windows. INTERIOR. Timber frame survives
largely intact including 2 bays now residential. Full height studs with jowled posts. Queen post roof
with arched braces to the ties and curved braces to the collars and clasped side purlins.
