2/73 Ivy Farm House

II

Farm house; early C18; coursed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings, stone
copes gables with brick stacks and pantile roof. 2 storey, 3 bay front with
central C19 door flanked by 3 light glazing bar casements. Above is central
2 light glazing bar casement flanked by similar 3 light windows. All openings
have timber lintels. Interior has simply splayed beams, simple cornice moulding
and a contemporary alcove cupboard.
