Cottage in row. Probably C18. Ham stone near-ashlar; Welsh slate roof over stone slate base courses with plain east
gable, continuation to west; stone slab chimney stack. Two-storeys, single-bay. Hollow-chamfer mullioned windows in
wave-mould and hollow-chamfer recesses, square heads without labels, 4-light each level with 3-centre arched tops
having incised spandrils and king mullions; right of upper window a mid C-20 small-pane steel casement window in wood
frame, and below this a blocked doorway; access now at the rear. Interior not seen.
