Plaque has H over BA 1748. 4 storeys and attics. Modern dormers in pantile
roof. Rendered. 2 windows, flat stone arches, double=hung sashes with
glazing bars. Ground floor has rectangular bay window and modern windows.
Now part of No 5 (Pier Hotel) (qv).

Nos 4 to 23 (consec) form a group.
