Late Cl8 or early C19. 2 storeys in brick on stone base, river front rising
from water. Pantile roof with 2 sloped dormers. Stone gable ends with kneelers.
4 brick chimneys. 8 windows, double-hung sashes with glazing bars and casements.
Street elevation has similar windows and wooden staircases and galleries.

Nos 1 to 6 (consec) form a group.
