C17 or older origin, much altered. No 96 is astone ashlar range with
a brick wing at the back. It may have been a larger house or farm orinally.
2 storeys. 4 windows. Part of the road front is of rubble; a relieving
arch and mullions to one ground floor opening. Stone ashlar chimneys.
Many alterations, including roof. [See RCHM].

Nos 68 to 86 (even), and Nos 90 to 96 (even) gate piers and outhouse adjoining
No 96 form a group.
