Shop, probably originally dwelling. Late C16 with early C19

2 storeys, 4-window range. Parts of early C20 shop front
incorporated in later design, with heavy late C20 fascia which
obscures a substantial part of the first floor also. Close
studding with middle rail in upper storey, possibly once
jettied. 2-light casement windows with fixed overlights. Dutch
gabled brick false front to Mardol Head return elevation with
2 casement windows with flat-arched heads.
This adjoins a once separate building now incorporated. This
is early C19, painted brick. 4 storeys, 3-window range with
early C20 shop front with high fascia cutting renewed windows
of first floor. Second- and third-floor windows are sashes
without glazing bars, and all have flat-arched gauged brick
heads.
