House. c1865. Rockfaced stone with ashlar dressings and
timber-framed upper floor with rendered nogging. Patterned
slate roofs, gabled and half-hipped, with truncated fleche.
Stone side wall stack. Plinth. 2 storeys; 3 bays. Cruciform
plan. Entrance front has a projecting central gable with a
2-light pointed arched window and 2-panel door, covered by a
C20 glazed porch. Above, a timber-framed gable with a
cross-shaped casement. Half-hipped gable, to street, has on
the first floor a reglazed casement, 4 lights. Opposite gable
has a similar window.
