Shop and offices, now restaurant. Dated 1875, altered late
C20. Red brick, with painted ashlar, blue brick and terracotta
dressings. 3 storeys plus attics; 3 window range. Upper floors
have original glazing. Ground floor has late C20 shopfront.
Upper floors are flanked by pilasters and topped with a very
elaborate machicolated cornice and parapet. On the first
floor, 3 plate glass windows with top lights, divided by
cast-iron columns. Above, 3 shouldered plain sashes on a sill
band, divided by similar columns. All these windows have
ornamented lintels. Above again, a central coped gable with
datestone and 3 graduated shouldered windows.
