House. Early C19. Brick with low pitched roof not visible
behind parapet eaves cornice. 3-storeyed, 4-window range.
Entrance to right of centre with 6-panelled door with fanlight
and keystone set in moulded architrave. Flanking windows are
4-pane sashes set in round-arched recesses. Upper windows are
4-pane sashes with flat-arched gauged brick heads. Doorway to
passage to right. Axial stack. Forms a continuous build with
No.1 Cross Hill (qv).
