Barn with gin gang, and cowsheds. Early C19, with mid C19 and
C20 alterations. Coursed squared stone and brick, with stone
dressings. Stone slate roof to barn, corrugated iron roof to
gin gang and pantile roof to cowsheds.
2 storeys; 3 plus 4 bays. Barn, to right, has quoins and coped
right gable with kneelers. Off-centre pair of barn doors with
stone surround and wooden lintel, flanked by single pitch
holes and breathers. Below, to left, a cross breather flanked
by single slits. To right, an altered doorway with stone
lintel and inserted 2-light casement, then 2 smaller windows.
Canted gin gang has coursed stone plinth and brick piers with
later brick infill.
Cowsheds to left have 3 partly slatted casements above, the
left one unglazed. Below, a large doorway to left and a
smaller one to right. Between them, 2 slatted square windows.
All these openings have stone lintels.
