GV II

House. Mid C19 with C16/C17 core. Whitewashed brick with Welsh
slate roof with brick left end stack. Stone and brick lateral
stack to rear. Through-passage plan.
2 storeys; 2-window range of 2-light wood mullion and transom
windows under brick lintels. On ground floor a similar 2-light
and 3-light window either side of a part-glazed door to centre
left. Rear has lean-to and casements. Fragment of
timber-framing visible. The stonework of the lateral stack is
partly within No.97 (qv), then has a coping above eaves level
and a brick flue.
INTERIOR: in room to right a massive spine beam and corner
chimney breast. Roof not visible but said to be a continuation
of that in No.97.
