House, now shop and dwelling. C18. Brick; Welsh slate roof
with steeper rear pitch; rendered end stack; large brick stack
to rear.
4 storeys and cellar; 3-window range: 8/8 sashes with
sillband, under gauged brick flat arches, to 1st and 2nd
floors; 4/4 sashes; moulded and modillioned stone cornice to
leaded parapet. Central entrance: 6-fielded-panel door and
margin-glazed fanlight in roundheaded case under moulded open
pediment hood on attached columns. To left, tripartite window
with plain sashes; to right, shop front with 4-moulded-panel
door, overlight and window with clerestory lights; simple
hoods on consoles and moulded pilasters. Right returned side:
rendered gable. Left returned side: roughcast.
