Farmhouse. Later C18. Red brick walls in Flemish bond. Mansard slate roof with gable ends. Two brick stacks at left and right gables with moulded cornices. Single depth house. Two storeys with attics. Three windows, sashes of four pane width, with glazing bars. Gauged brick window heads. Dormers with shallow sashes, pentice slate roofs continue upper pitch of roof. Slate sides to dormers. Wooden front door at centre with fielded panelling and two top lights. Flat canopy over with moulded cornice carried on volute brackets.
