Shop and dwelling. C18 front to C16/C17 core, with later
alterations. Stucco; steep-pitched slate roof. 3 storeys and
cellar; single-window range: C18 or earlier mullion and
transom window with central casement, under boarded jetty;
similar window with modillioned head to eaves. Late C19 shop
front with glazed door and overlight to left; plate-glass
window in moulded case; deep jetty with plastered soffit.
Right returned side: blocked opening to stucco gable. Rear:
plastered; early C18 6/6 sash under jetty; 6-pane light to
eaves. INTERIOR: exposed ceiling beam; winder stair.
